We use only 100% pure buffalo meat. The buffalo is a very active and athletic animal. Because of this, the meat is extremely lean and very high in protein and iron. While at the same time being very tender, moist and full of flavor. Buffalo meat has 75% less fat than beef and is lower in cholesterol than skinless chicken.
We will reluctantly substitute a ground chuck beef burger for any of the above (you sissy!).
